Micky Samii Lawrence attended boarding school near London. After her family survived a terrifying assassination attempt and escaping Iran, Micky graduated from American University in Washington DC with a degree in Communications & Visual Media.

She moved to Paris, France and worked with internationally acclaimed photographer Helmut Newton. Micky was awarded a prestigious assignment at the Monte Carlo, France, tennis tournament where her photographs of international dignitaries and celebrities were published worldwide.

After living in Monte Carlo and Cannes, France, Micky moved to New York City where she founded and published her own fashion magazine. Micky’s intercontinental experiences and talent have gifted her with inspiration to create paintings that transforms imagination deep into the soul.
